Richfield Police Patrol for New Crop of Cadets

Local law enforcement officials are patrolling for qualified individuals pursuing a policing career in the diverse Richfield community.

Cadet applicants participate in a competitive selection process tests their suitability for police employment and their diversity skills, knowledge and connections.

This part-time position is a fit for those seeking the satisfaction gained from working for a police department while also wanting to complete college courses.

"A great aspect of this program is that our cadet will receive partial tuition assistance to obtain the college courses necessary to qualify for a peace officer position," said a Richfield Police Department Facebook post soliciting applications.
