That will make it a good day to mow the lawn or get a jump on the weekend. Overnight low is predicted to drop to 70 with a slight chance of rain. 

2. The Banjo Boys will perform Dixieland music on Sunday for Roseville's next summer series concert.The show begins at 6:30 p.m. at Central Park’s Frank Rog Amphitheatre

3. On this date in 1877, a police officer is shot while trying to break up a riot at the saloonkeepers picnic in St. Paul, according to the Minnesota Historical Society.
