Final Plat for Six-Home Development Approved by Roseville Council

The Roseville City Council on Monday night unanimously approved the final plat for a residential project that calls for building six single-family houses on Millwood Avenue between Victoria and Chatsworth streets.
The project, known as Josephine Heights, is being proposed by Landmark 6 Roseville, LLC. The applicant and builder for the project is Nathan Fair, of Andover-based Hanson Builders.
One of the Council's conditions for plat approval is that the developer must  provide for screening vehicle headlights from neighbors on the east, west and north sides of the development parcel.
