Funeral Service Today for 85-Year-Old Mary Lou Christofore

Funeral services for Mary Lou Christofore, of Roseville, will be held at 10 a.m. today (Monday) at St. Rose of Lima Catholic Church, 2048 N. Hamline Ave., Roseville.

Christofore, 85, died on May 13.  She "was an active volunteer and enjoyed tennis and longblading into her late 70s," according to her obituary. "A good friend to all who had the joy of knowing her and will be so missed!"

Visitation precedes the funeral from 9 to 10 a.m.  today at the church. In lieu of flowers, memorials preferred.

Christofore was preceded in death by husband Michael J.; sisters, Lucille LaBore and Ruth Hansen; infant daughter, Mary Beth; and infant great-granddaughter, Angelique.

Survivors include children, Michael J.(Chris), Joseph G.(Kim), David J.(Sheila), and Mary Jo (Peter Hark); 11  grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; many nieces and nephews; numerous beloved friends; and "her beautiful cat Annie,"according to her obituary.
