The study will last approximately one year. Throughout the survey period, residents and businesses of communities along the corridor will have a chance to help establish a common vision and develop priorities for the highway’s future, and identify the necessary steps for implementation.

The goals of the study are to analyze existing and emerging needs for east-west transit service between Stillwater and downtown Minneapolis, identify opportunities to develop or enhance transit service, and improve connections to the regional transit system.
