Update: It Will Be Business as Usual for Roseville's Old Country Buffet and Others in Minnesota

List of restaurants for shuttering disclosed Friday doesn't include Minnesota restaurants for Buffets Inc., which has filed again for Chapter 11 reorganization.

For the second time in four years, the parent company of Old Coungry Buffet has filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection from its creditors.

But the reorganzation plans of Eagan-based Buffets Inc. won't adversely affect Old Country Buffets' Roseville location. And none of the company's 13 other restaurants in Minnesota are on a closing list released Friday by Buffets.

"This location is in no danger of closing," the manager of Old Coutry Buffet in Roseville told Roseville Patch Thursday.
