Last Chance: Fall Parade of Homes and Remodelers Showcase

One house in Roseville is on the fall tour as well as two on the Remodelers Showcase.

This is your last weekend to see houses on the 2012 Fall Parade of Homes  tour as well as related Remodelers Showcase.

Both housing tours are sponsored by the Roseville-based Builders Association of the Twin Cities (BATC). The Fall Parade of Homes features 301 new homes, open from noon to 6 p.m. Thursdays through Sundays through Sept. 30.

The parade homes are free to the public except three "dream homes," for which the BATC is requesting a $5 donation to the BATC Foundation.

The Fall Parade features one home in Roseville. That's the one at 2882 Dunlap St. for $581,226 built by Pulte Homes.

Other Parade homes in Ramsey County are: 976 Farrell St., Maplewood;4736 Greenhaven Drive, White Bear Township; 1572 Keithson Drive, Arden Hills; 649 Old Highway 8, New Brighton and a home on Monarch Way in North Oaks ( no house number listed yet.)

Meanwhile, two homes in Roseville are on the Remodelers Showcase. They are at 316 N. McCarrons Blvd. and 459 Centennial. Click here to see a map of the Remodelers Showcase homes. They are open from noon to 6 p.m. today and Sunday.
