Officials from Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union this past Tuesday dedicated their new 22,000 square-foot offices in Roseville.

2. Jason Etten Refutes Attack Flyer

In a sign that the Roseville City Council race is heating up, candidate Jason Etten refuted a mail flyer about him that he says is "dishonest" and "misleading."

A group calling itself "People for a Voice" has mailed out a flyer to residents that contends "Roseville Can't Afford Jason Etten." It blames Etten, the Parks and Recreation Commission chairman, for the city adopting a $19.5 million bond sale for a "parks renewal program" without giving citizens the chance to vote on the issue."

In response to what he calls an "attack flyer," Etten said today (Monday), "The flyer is dishonest, misleading, and attacks me for decisions I did not and could not make."

For Creative Hair Design, Breast Cancer Awareness is an every day occurrence, not just a month.

That's because a significant number of women who patronize the wig fashion store at Rosedale Center in Roseville are cancer partients, according to shop owner Alissa Hoff. 

Hoff said about 20 percent of her customers are women who have cancer and have lost their hair due to chemotherapy treatments.
