New To Roseville in 2011: Fantastic Sam's

Fantastic Sams, a national retailer of hair salon shops, continued its rapid expansion in Minnesota in December debuting a new Roseville location at 1750  Lexington Ave. N. 

The 111^th location for Fantastic Sams in Minnesota, the new Roseville salon is among more than 80 in the metro area which are locally owned and operated. The new Roseville shop is owned by Rebecca and Chris Nagel, who also hold three Fantastic Sams' salons in Maple Grove.

"It (Roseville) is a great town and we are ready to venture out into a new area," Rebecca Nagel told Roseville Patch last month. "I think we are a great option for Roseville," she said, noting that Fantastic Sams is known for professional hair care at affordable prices.

Individual hair styles or cuts usually go for $13.99 including a shampoo and blow drying, Nagel said.

The 900-square-foot store will offer hair styling as well as professional coloring, perms and facial waxing, Nagel said. Her shop is the second Fantastic Sams in Roseville; the other one is located at 2100 Snelling Ave.
