New To Roseville in 2011: The Vitamin Shoppe

The Vitamin Shoppe was among new retail arrivals to Roseville in 2011.

The New Jersey-based specialty retailer of nutritional products openeed a 6,500 square-foot store in November at the site of the former TGI Friday’s restaurant at Rosedale Commons.

“They (the Vitamin Shoppe) are pretty new to the market,” said Kris Schisel, a senior associate for the Welsh Companies in the Twin Cities. 

The remaining 3,500 square feet at the former Friday’s building has been leased to Buffalo Wild Wings.

The Vitamin Shoppe currently has stores in Woodbury, St. Louis Park, Coon Rapids and Burnsville. Founded in 1977, The Vitamin Shoppe today has more than 500 stores in 38 states.
