The second  "Head to Toe Women's Expo: The Ultimate Girl's Night Out"  is scheduled to be held from 5 to 7 p.m. Thursday (Nov, 10) at the New Brighton Community Center, 400 10th St. N.W. Melissa Deming, event chairwoman, said she expects nearly 40 vendors with great holiday specials to be there. Admission is free. She said the first women's expo was held last March and attracted more than 25 vendors and a steady flow of attendees. For further information, call Deming at 651-442-0154.
