Roseville Area Schools Foundation To Honor Greiling

The 10-term state representative, a long-time advocate of public education, retired from the Legislature after the end of the 2012 session.

The Roseville Area Schools Foundation will hold its seventh annual “Building the Foundation” luncheon, Tuesday, Sept. 25 at Midland Hills Country Club from 11:30 a.m.to 1p.m.. 

This year’s keynote speaker is State Rep. Mindy Greiling, a 10-term State Representative for District 54A and former Chair of Minnesota House Education Finance Committee.

The Foundation will honor Greiling with its inaugural “Friend of the Foundation” award for her strong support of the Roseville Area Schools Foundation and her dedication to strengthening K-12 education. 

Friends and supporters of Roseville schools are welcome to attend the luncheon to learn about the Foundation’s impact and vision, and visit with board members, donors and supporters of Roseville Area Schools.  During the 2011-2012 school year, the Foundation awarded grants to teachers and schools, totaling more than $46,000 and positively impacting many students in our schools.
