Roseville OVAL Plays Host to North American Bike Championship
The bike polo action concludes on Sunday.
The Roseville John Rose OVAL is the site this weekend for the North American Bike Polo Championship.
The three-day event, hosted by the Minneapolis Hardcourt Bike Polo club, began on Friday, continues today (Saturday) and concludes Sunday (Aug. 18).
Organizers said there will be three courts set up, 140 x 150 feet, enough space to pass the ball. Bicycle polo is similar to regular polo except that participants ride bicycles instead of horses.
The OVAL is located at 2661 Civic Center Drive, just east of Roseville City Hall.
