Roseville Planning Commission meets Wednesday night

Affinity Credit Union proposal among agenda items.

The Roseville Planning Commission is set to meet Wednesday night to consider a request from Affinity Plus Federal Credit Union to build a two-story office and financial institutional  building at 2750 Snelling Ave. That address is the site of the former Stuart Anderson’s Cattle Company restaurant.

Affiniity’s building plans include a drive-through for banking which would require a conditional use permit, according to a city staff report.

Should the Planning Commission recommend approval of the conditional use permit, Affinity’s request would then go to the City Council for a possible vote on June 13.
