Officers took the kids, who because of family circumstances may not have been able to buy gifts, shopping for their families. When the kids returned to City Hall, they were joined by other Police Department staff and volunteers to wrap presents and enjoy pizza and holiday treats.

Roseville Police partnered with Tubman, a community organization that provides services for families in crisis, to select families. Target, Papa John’s, Michaels Stores, Cub Foods and Roseville Bakery and community members, donated goods and funds to make this holiday event happen. The Roseville Police Department and Tubman thank all for their generous support.

"hanks to the generosity of businesses and community members, each child received money to shop at Target, materials to wrap gifts, and a tasty dinner,” said Mahmud.

Target Corp. also donated gift cards to the families to help with this year's holiday meals.
