Today, Roseville Residents Can Shred It!

Business Data Record Services hosts document shredding at Roseville City Hall parking lot.

If you’ve got old bank records, credit card receipts or other sensitive personal papers that you want to safely destroy, the city of Roseville can help residents.

Roseville is offering free document shredding from 9 a.m. to noon today (Saturday) at the parking lot of City Hall, 2660 Civic Center Drive.

“We are working with Business Data Record Services (BDRS), from New Brighton,” said Tim Pratt, Roseville recycling coordinator and communications specialist. “Once a year, they do this as a promotional event.”

Pratt said this is the third time that BDRS has held a free document shredding day in Roseville. “We typically get 150 to 175 vehicles come through in that three hour period,” he said.

Martha Mayer, BDRS vice president of sales, said the event helps to generate publicity for her company and also serve the community.
