Editor's Note: The following press release was issued by Minnesota Department of Transportation's Metropolitan District office in Roseville:Â
Following the completion of striping and placement of signs along the interstate yesterday, the newly rebuilt ramps between Interstate 35W and Highway 10/Ramsey County Road 10 in Arden Hills and Mounds View opened to traffic around 8:30 p.m. Friday night.Â
The ramps were closed when the old bridges were demolished in early June to allow crews to build the new structures.

The ramps carry northbound I-35W to westbound County Road 10 and southbound I-35W to eastbound Hwy 10. Motorists can still only travel eastbound on Hwy 10 to the intersection of County Road 96.
Eastbound Hwy 10 between County Road 96 and I-694 will remain closed until late November as work continues on the new alignment of eastbound I-694.

Westbound Highway 10 traffic is unrestricted. However, motorists will encounter daily ramp closures between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. next week as crews finish work on the storm sewer ponding and complete final clean-up.
