Update: Roseville Woman Charged in Garage Fire
Garage fire occurred on Rose Place near Pascal Street.
The Ramsey County Attorney's Office has charged a Roseville woman with second degree arson in connection with a garage fire Monday morning in the 1400 block of Rose Place east of Pascal Street in Roseville.Â
Charged with allegedly committing the incident is Risha "Rishia" Sun Weiss, of Fairway Drive, according to a court complaint filed on Wednesday by Assistant County Attorney Robert Plesha.
In the complaint, Weiss, 44, denied starting the fire or any other wrongdoing.

The County Attorney's charge is based on a probable cause report filed by an investigator with the Roseville Police Department. That report alleges there have been marital troubles between Weiss and her husband John Weiss, who is separated from her.Â
The Roseville Fire Department responded to the call about 6:30 a.m. Monday.Â

If convicted of the charge, Weiss faces a maximum sentence of 10 years imprisonment or $20,000 fine or both.Â
