The Roseville Shopping Center in Roseville on Larpenteur Avenue, just west of  Lexington avenue, abuts one of the city's busiest thoroughfares. 
But currently, the strip shopping center has a coule of vacant storefronts.  There is empty space between the House of Wong restaurant and the Sherwin-Williams Paint store. 
In a shopping center that already has a coffee shop, bakery, a candy store and a couple of restaurants, what would you like to fill that empty space?
