Community Corner
Welcome to Roseville Patch
We're your new site for community information, interaction, events and business listings and more.
Hi, I'm Scott Carlson, the new Local Editor for Roseville.Patch.com.
For years I have been a passionate amateur tennis player. In fact, I even played in a Rosefest Tournament right at Roseville Area High School several years ago.
But now I have a new racquet that I am just as passionate about: Roseville.Patch.com, your new online community news and information service.

I along with my team of freelancers and photographers will be fanning across Roseville to keep our eyes on the ball in chronicling the events, people and places of this community.
We will have regular reports on local government, police and fire, business, community arts, schools, sports and local voices.

Whether it's a new retailer joining Rosedale Center, a budget report at Roseville City Hall, the listing of a community concert at Central Park or an update from the police blotter, we intend to be the eyes and ears of Roseville, throughout your neighborhoods.
When breaking news happens, we intend to be on the spot to provide reports.
But we are going to be much more than an online community news source. We also have a comprehensive calendar of community events, restaurant listings, and a rich directory of all of Roseville's important places.
In joining Patch, I bring more than 30 years of print journalism experience to Roseville. That includes service at Lillie Suburban newspapers, the St. Paul Pioneer Press (nearly 30 years), the Sioux Falls Argus Leader and Finance & Commerce business newspaper. Now I'm coming back full circle to community journalism, but this time in the new online world.
I am looking forward to serving you and having you participate in the journey with me.
