In December, the Canadian Pacific Holiday Train will bring festive cheer and live performances to 20 Minnesota towns.

ST. PAUL, MN — The Canadian Pacific Holiday Train brings festive cheer and live performances to 20 Minnesota towns during its annual trek across the northern U.S. next month.

In return, Canadian Pacific encourages donations to support local food banks.

  • It stretches about 1,000 feet and includes 14 railcars
  • Each car has hundreds of thousands of LED lights and holiday-themed designs.
  • Artists like The Lone Bellow and Tiera Kennedy or Seaforth and Alana Springsteen offer free musical performances, depending on the day.
  • Donations of food or money collected during the stops directly benefit local communities.
