SAINT PAUL, MN — Seven of Minnesota's top 10 neighborhoods are in Saint Paul, according to a new study from Niche.com.
The rankings take into account the quality of local schools, crime rates, housing trends, employment statistics, and access to amenities.
Data used in the study came from the U.S. Census, the FBI, federal health and labor statistics, plus millions of resident reviews.

Here are the top 10 neighborhoods in Minnesota, according to Niche:
- Macalester-Groveland (St. Paul)
- St. Anthony Park (St. Paul)
- Summit Hill (St. Paul)
- Union Park (St. Paul
- Highland (St. Paul)
- Como (St. Paul)
- Hameline-Midway (St. Paul)
- Fulton (Minneapolis)
- Linden Hills (Minneapolis)
- King Field (Minneapolis)
Niche found that City Center — a neighborhood in Santa Monica, California — is the best neighborhood nationwide.
