• Saint Paul Launches Alternate Side Parking Pilot In Two Neighborhoods (patch.com) — Saint Paul residents near Snelling-University and Selby-Dale will see a second-year pilot of weekly alternate side parking starting Jan. 4, aimed at improving snow plowing and emergency access on residential streets. For more than three months, drivers must switch sides each week, with Sunday evening changeovers, as the city phases in education first and then ticketing and towing for violations.
