The general operating budget would increase from $18.3 million to $18.7 million, inching back toward pre-pandemic levels. The proposed budget would draw an additional $1.04 million from American Rescue Plan funding. Temporary grant funds would help support another seven positions, such as AmeriCorps literacy workers.
