What Is White Bear Lake's 'Trash to Treasure' Day?

WHITE BEAR LAKE, MN — White Bear Lake's annual "Trash to Treasure" Day will be Saturday, April 27 from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m.
The event — which takes place across White Bear Lake City and White Bear Township — aims to keep things that could still be used out of landfills.
Residents participate by placing unwanted items at their curb with a "Free" sign on them that Saturday and wait for new owners to pick them up.
