When Is Santa Claus Coming To Saint Paul?

Get ready, because Santa Claus is coming to Saint Paul! This holiday season, the man in red is spreading holiday joy all over town. So get those wishlists ready, be on your best behavior (Santa knows if you've been bad or good!) and mark your calendar. Here's when and where you can catch Santa in the Saint Paul area this year!

North Pole Express

When: Friday, Dec. 1 - Sunday, Dec. 3 and Friday, Dec. 7 - Sunday, Dec. 10
Where: St. Paul Union Depot, 214 4th St. E, Saint Paul, MN 55101
What: This holiday tradition features a ride to the North Pole in a vintage railcar, a visit from Santa and a host of activities for the kids. Tickets include a short train ride, an opportunity to write a letter to Santa and a holiday treat at the end of the ride. Click here for more info.

Sundays at Landmark: Santa’s Workshop

When: Sunday, Dec. 10
Where: Musser Cortile – Landmark Center, 75 5th St. W., Saint Paul, MN 55102
What: This free event offers a chance to snap a photo with Santa, play games and make gifts for loved ones. And of course, you’ll want to stay for the enchanting storytelling session featuring classic Christmas tales. Click here for more info.

Santa’s Wonderland at Cabela’s

When: Sunday, Nov. 5 - Sunday, Dec. 24
Where: Cabela’s, 8400 Hudson Rd., Woodbury, MN 55125
What: Down the road in Woodbury, experience the magic of Santa’s Wonderland at Cabela’s! Mail out letters to the North Pole, visit the Christmas toy shop and get a free picture with Kris Kringle himself. You’ll need to reserve your time slot for this popular event. Click here for more info.

The Santa Experience

When: Saturday, Nov. 18 - Sunday, Dec. 24
Where: Mall of America, 374 N. Garden, Bloomington, MN 55425 or virtually
What: The Santa Experience offers a magical and personalized visit with Santa, complete with photos, videos and merchandise available for purchase. Choose from an array of Santas for either an in-person meeting (at the nearby Mall of America) or virtually, with several options designed to work with busy schedules.
