Tim O’Driscoll of Sartell after 2026. Loberg, a business development consultant and former Sartell Economic Development Board member, emphasizes cutting wasteful spending, eliminating the state tax on Social Security, and tightening oversight to prevent government fraud. 
• Minnesota's Leopold Conservation award winner Tom Cotter dedicates the honor to his community (agweek.com) — Sartell’s Meadowbrook Dairy was named a finalist for Minnesota’s prestigious Leopold Conservation Award, highlighting local leadership in soil and water stewardship. The honor went to Austin farmer Tom Cotter, but the recognition places a Sartell operation among the state’s standout conservation-minded landowners and underscores how central Minnesota farms are helping shape regenerative agriculture practices.
