Authorities Expand Search For Missing Burnsville Man
Authorities are looking for an endangered adult — Lorenzo Moreno-Pachero, a 61-year-old who has been missing since Sunday.

April 18, 2 p.m. Update: The Burnsville Police Department is expanding its ground search for Lorenzo Moreno-Pacheco, a 61-year-old vulnerable adult who went missing on Sunday.
Moreno-Pachero is a 61-year-old Hispanic male. He was reported missing on Sunday morning. He was last seen on the afternoon of April 15 around Burnsville Parkway, near the city's border with Savage.
Investigators canvassed the area with help from seven other agencies, but the search was suspended at 6 p.m. on Sunday night due to approaching hazardous weather. The BPD resumed search of the area on Monday morning.

The missing man does not speak English and suffers from a serious medical condition. He was diagnosed with dementia as a result of a head injury. He stands approximately five feet, six inches and weighs about 150 pounds. He walks with a limp. He was last seen wearing black pants and a red shirt.
Neighboring police departments have been notified and his name has been entered into a national data base as an endangered missing person. Anyone with information about the whereabouts of Moreno-Pachero should call the Dakota County Communications Center at 651-322-2323.
