LEAD Talent Show & Competition

An evening of exciting entertainment presented by Shakopee High School’s talent students and staff! 

Leaders in Education And Diversity (formerly known as the Diversity Task Force) is a club open to Shakopee High School students who are interested in enhancing the cultural climate in our community. LEAD gives students a means to improve our school and community in many positive ways.

LEAD members come from a variety of ethnic and cultural backgrounds. We work as a team to achieve one goal, which is to help create a united school, community and world.

LEAD sponsors numerous events throughout the year, including a talent show, Mix It Up Day and other fun activities that celebrate, raise awareness and educate students, staff and our community about the importance of diversity. LEAD also performs community service projects throughout the school year.

LEAD’s exciting, entertaining and educational events and activities have been featured in the Shakopee Valley News and numerous ethnic publications in Minnesota and beyond.
