Update: Two I-494/Highway 169 Ramps to Close Tonight

Tonight, June 7, two ramps at the Hwy 169/494 interchange will close for bridge beam placement and slight traffic shifts. Here's what you need to know:

• The loop from northbound Hwy 169 to westbound I-494 will be closed from 7 p.m. until 5 a.m. tomorrow, June 8. Detour: Use Hwy 212 to access westbound I-494.
• The ramp from eastbound I-494 to southbound Hwy 169 will be closed from 10 p.m. until 6 a.m. tomorrow, June 8. Detour: continue eastbound on I-494, use the Hwy 100 interchange to access westbound I-494 and then southbound Hwy 169.

Additionally the eastbound ramp mentioned above will close between 6 a.m. and 3 p.m., Saturday, June 9, as crews install a sanitary sewer under the roadway. The same detour will be used.
Please be aware that more overnight ramp closures are scheduled in the coming weeks as we continue new ramp construction. 

The Hwy 169/494 Project area includes Hwy 169 between Valley View Road and Anderson Lakes Parkway, and I-494 between Prairie Center Drive and W. Bush Lake Road.
