Man in Black Believed to Have Robbed Shakopee Bank May Have Struck Again

A man dubbed The Man in Black who may have started a spree of bank robberies in Shakopee Nov. 1 may have struck again yesterday in St. Paul.

The Man in Black bank robber may have struck again – this time on Wednesday in St. Paul, according to the FBI.

According to a FOX 9 News report, FBI spokesman Kyle Loven said they believe the latest robbery may be the work of the Man in Black although they have not officially assigned it to him.

Although the man who used a handgun to rob the M & I bank at 522 Snelling Ave. S. at 3:15 p.m. Dec. 14 has a similar physical description to that of the Man in Black, he wore clothing of a different color, according to a news release from the FBI.

If it was him, he changed up his outfit for the second time, wearing a brownish green coat, grey winter cap, black mask, blue jeans, dark shoes and gloves.

The FBI says this could be the eighth robbery he is connected to since someone robbed in Shakopee on Nov. 1. , the robber stole more than $1,000 from a teller at gunpoint, according to .

The robber is described as a white male, approximately 30-40 years of age, who stands approximately 5 feett 11 inches to 6 feet in height.
