Tabke said he feels the top item on tonight's council agenda is a discussion about the  putting two parcels of Shakopee land into trust. If the federal Bureau of Indian Affairs approves the measure, it will take the land off Shakopee tax rolls and give the tribe 100 percent control of the land that they already own, Tabke said.

Tabke said he has invited a tribe representative to speak at the meeting.
