New Speed Limit Coming To Stagecoach Road In City Of Shakopee

Following a Minnesota Department of Transportation speed study conducted in 2020, the state agency approved a new speed limit of 45 miles per hour on Stagecoach Road in Shakopee, from Preserve Trail to County Road 101.

Shakopee Public Works crews will be installing the new speed limit signs the week of Nov. 29.

The speed limit will be reduced from 50 mph to 45 mph on the southern portion of the road. The northern portion will remain 45 mph.
