Shakopee City Council Meeting
The city council meeting will be held at city hall on Tuesday, Aug. 20 at 7 p.m.
Open House at LearningRx
LearningRx in Savage is having an open house starting at 12 p.m. on Tuesday, Aug. 20. There will be a seminar about overcoming struggles in learning. It is located at 8160 County Road 42, Suite 800 in Savage.
Kohl's Grand Reopening
Kohl's grand reopening to show off the updated store is on Wednesday, Aug. 21. Store hours are 8 a.m. to 11 p.m. It is located at 1529 17th Avenue East.
Open House on Upcoming Marschall Road / Vierling Drive Project
Residents and business owners will be able to provide input and voice their concerns about the project, which is scheduled to take place in 2014. The open house is from 3 p.m. to 5 p.m. on Wed., Aug. 21 at Shakopee Country Inn and Suites, 1204 Ramsey Street.
Kids Day at Chuck and Don's Pet Food Outlet
The Shakopee store is having a Kids Day event on Saturday, Aug. 24. Kids will receive a free balloon animal and learn how to make a bird feeder.Â
