The pizza buffet restaurant has been open since late July.
Shakopee Chamber of Commerce members and local business owners came to the Shakopee Pizza Ranch Monday morning for a Ribbon Cutting Ceremony.
The restaurant, opened by local entrepreneurs Doug and Jan Lake in late July, is located near Cub Foods at 1266 Vierling Dr. E., next to Chuck & Don's and Crossroads Liquor.
Doug Lake said the Pizza Ranch has had a steady stream of customers since it opened and has been particularly popular on Friday and Saturday nights.
