Part of County Road 78 will be closed on Monday, Oct. 7, while construction crews work on a utility installation. CR 78 will be closed between Jennifer Lane and Barrington Drive. A detour will be provided along Townline Avenue, CR 16, and CR 17. The road is scheduled to reopen late afternoon Wednesday, Oct. 9, 2013.
