The Readers' Choice Award for Manicure and Pedicure Services Goes to...

When it comes to painted and prettied hands and feet, Shakopee readers engaged in a fierce competition for the top spot in the city. pulled ahead in the poll Saturday and ran away with it by Sunday night, making them the Readers' Choice for Best Manicure/Pedicure in Shakopee!

With 369 votes total, The Pearl Salon earned 164, and  garnered three rave reviews. As one from Dr. Tom Spicer noted, owner Barb DeMers cares – not only for "the looks" but also for the health of her clients by offering more healthy cosmetics offerings. Others said she only hires the best staff and Dawn Johnson commented that The Pearl is "An absolutely awesome place to go all around."

In second place was , which held the lead for most of the two weeks the poll was open, thanks at least in part to their clever social media campaign, offering a discount to those who voted. They claimed 117 votes. garnered a healthy 63 votes for third place. See below for all the vote totals.
