Soundset 2012 Sounds Off on Sunday

 hits Shakopee Sunday with nine hours of independent Hip Hop music at .

With 20,000 people expected to attend, area hotels are nearly full, which is a great thing, Shakopee Mayor Brad Tabke wrote on his website this week.

Tabke said he's excited to check out the event.

"You'll probably be able to hear it across town but it shouldn't be a problem for only one day," he wrote.

Gates open Sunday, May 27, at 11 a.m. and music continues until 8:30 p.m. Tickets for $46 were still available Saturday at Fifth Element until 8 p.m. as well as Online via eTix.
