Washington Real Estate Company Opening Distribution Center Near Canterbury
Lake Washington Partners, a real estate company from Washington state, is holding a grand opening ceremony on Thursday.

Lake Washington Partners, an Issaquah, Wash., real estate company is opening a new distribution building in Shakopee.
The company is inviting the public to a grand opening ribbon-cutting ceremony at 10 a.m. Thursday at the 3700 4th Ave East location.

The project, one of the larger footprint buildings constructed in Minnesota in recent years, originally broke ground in May 2012. The building is designed as warehousing and distribution center space and currently houses new business, SanMar.
"We’re delighted to open this state-of-the-art building here in Shakopee," says Jordan Lott, President of Lake Washington Partners. "We’ve really felt welcomed by the city and business community in getting this project completed on-time and open for tenants."

The facility operates using green building practices, including high efficiency fluorescent bulbs and motion detectors. The building is a finalist for the 2012 Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal's Best in Real Estate award.Â
