MINNEAPOLIS — Quarterback Kirk Cousins and his 13-4 Minnesota Vikings will host the New York Giants at U.S. Bank Stadium Sunday in the wildcard round of the 2023 NFL playoffs.
Kickoff for Sunday's Vikings game is at 3:30 p.m. in Minneapolis at U.S. Bank Stadium.
Earlier this season, the Vikings clinched the NFL North division title for the first time since the 2017-2018 season. They are the third seed in the NFC.

The Giants finished the season 9-6-1 and secured the sixth seed in the NFC side of the playoff bracket. Minnesota defeated Daniel Jones and the Giants by a narrow score of 27-24 on Christmas Eve.
The Vikings are only favored by 2.5 points by some sportsbooks as of Sunday, according to VegasInsider.

The Vikings were previously in the playoffs in 2019 as a wildcard team, when they lost to the 49ers in the divisional round. Mike Zimmer was the head coach at the time.
The Vikings will be the only team from the NFC North division to make the playoffs this year. The Detroit Lions beat the Green Bay Packers last Sunday and eliminated Aaron Rodgers' team from postseason play.
