• More than $40,000 raised for families affected by Stewartville shooting (inforum.com) — More than $40,000 has already been raised to support the two families affected by Friday’s Stewartville High School shooting, where a student was critically injured and a 19-year-old alumnus died from an apparent self-inflicted gunshot. The Stewartville Wrestling Booster Club, local bank branches, and Full Court Custom Apparel are coordinating donations, with wrestling programs across the region contributing to the community’s recovery.
   

• Stewartville students return to school with mental health support after shooting (kttc.com) — Students and staff in Stewartville returned to school Monday with expanded mental health support after last week’s shooting outside the high school that injured a student athlete and left the 19-year-old gunman dead. • Minnesota high school boys basketball state poll: Week 3 (startribune.com) — Stewartville’s boys basketball team has jumped into the statewide Class 3A rankings this week, debuting at No. 10 in the Minnesota Basketball Coaches Association poll. The latest list also reshuffles several top programs across all four classes, with Pelican Rapids and Goodhue now leading Classes A and 2A and multiple new teams cracking their respective Top 10s.
