As 20-Year Lease Ends, Landlords Will Take Over Sawmill Golf Club

Halloween Day is the end of the line for the current operators of Sawmill Golf Club in Grant, according to the St. Paul Pioneer Press. 

The Nicholson family, who own the property, are not renewing a 20-year lease and plan to operate the 140-acre course themselves, the newspaper reported. 

The adjacent Sawmill Logger's Trail course—with the same operators as those currently running Sawmill Golf Club but different landowners—will be unaffected.
