2 Killed, 3 Injured As Car Crashes Into Park Tavern's Patio Area In St. Louis Park
The driver was arrested on criminal vehicular homicide, police said.
ST. LOUIS PARK, MN — Two people were killed and three were injured Saturday evening when a driver crashed into the outdoor patio at Park Tavern, St. Louis Park police said.
The driver, whose identity was not immediately released, has been arrested on criminal vehicular homicide, police said.
The incident happened just after 8 p.m. Saturday, when the driver pulled into the parking lot at Park Tavern, 3401 Louisiana Ave. South, police said.

The man did not go into Park Tavern, but tried to park and as he did so, drove into the outside patio, police said.
Minnesota State Patrol officers were doing accident reconstruction at the scene, police said.

Other assisting agencies include the Hopkins, Minnetonka and Wayzata police departments and the Hennepin County Sheriff’s Office.
The investigation is continuing, police said. Anyone with information about the crash is asked to call 952-924-2618.
