Alcohol Involved In Fatal I-494 Crash: Police
The driver was not wearing a seat belt, according to the Minnesota State Patrol.

PLYMOUTH, MN — Authorities are saying that alcohol was a factor when a man died in Plymouth in a single-car crash last month. The Minnesota State Patrol says just before 1:30 a.m. on Nov. 23, Micheal Paul Harvey was driving a Toyota Corolla northbound on Interstate 494 when it drifted to the shoulder and struck an unoccupied, stalled vehicle.
Harvey was not wearing his seat belt and died at the scene, according to authorities. Alcohol was involved in the crash, police said.
Road conditions were reportedly dry at the time of the crash.
