Here's more on the band from their website:
Being raised in a southern small town they both grew up knowing that the sound of bullfrogs meant it was almost time to come in for supper and that your brother would always be there for you. Being surrounded by music in the Appalchian mountains both grew up knowing what they had a passion for. Their family introduced them to a wide variety of music from Journey to Willie Nelson to James Taylor, lyrics were constantly flowing through their veins. Both knew that it was only matter of time until they began creating their own music and lyrics. Steve moved to Nashville first and was quickly followed by Eric. Since having moved to Nashville, the two have shared the stage with some of the brightest in the business including acts like Lady Antebellum, Eric Church, Martina McBride and countless others. It was only natural for two real life music making brothers to join forces and form a band! With Steve the melody and Eric the rhythm of the song together they became Brother Virginia.
