City Of St. Louis Park: Learn About Storm Water Aug. 12, 6 P.M.

If you want to learn more about how storm water discharges affect water bodies, and how to reduce pollutants in storm water runoff, this meeting is for you! The City of St. Louis Park will host a public meeting Thursday, Aug. 12, at 6 p.m. at the interpretive center at Westwood Hills Nature Center, 8300 W. Franklin Ave., St. Louis Park, to address the city’s Storm Water Pollution Prevention Program annual report.

Not only can you learn about the city’s storm water practices, but you’ll also have the chance to provide comments. Written comments will be accepted if you’re unable to attend the meeting. Learn about storm water, then take a walk around the Westwood Hills Nature Center and learn more about water resources through the natural features and displays.
