October 07, 2021

Too many Minnesotans have to choose between paying their utility bills and other essentials such as food, medicine and healthcare. The Minnesota Department of Commerce’s Energy Assistance Program offers eligible residents help to pay their gas, electric, water and sewer bills so they do not have to choose between life’s necessities. The program also helps applicants with repair or replacement of broken heating systems. Applications for the 2021-2022 heating season are now available. St. Louis Park residents can request an application through the Community Action Partnership of Hennepin County's website or by calling 952.930.3541.
