James "Jay" G. Hessian, a postal worker for 30 years, died on Dec. 24 at the age of 59.
Hessian was remembered in a Legacy.com obituary as humorous and compassionate.
He retired from the U.S. Post Office in 2010 and was working part-time at Guardsmark Security at the time of his death.
He is survived by his wife, Lori; sons, Billy and Scott; mother, Rita; brother, Dave; and sisters, Paula, Mary, Joan, and Amy.
