TWIN CITIES, MN — A new HGTV show based in the Twin Cities will hit the airwaves later this month. "Stay or Sell," premiering Tuesday, Aug. 27, at 8 p.m. central, will showcase a local husband and wife duo — Brad and Heather Fox — who offer their clients two options: renovate their current home or buy a new one.

Either way, hosts Brad and Heather will work to create their client's dream home.

"There are a lot of people who need more house but don’t want to move out of their neighborhood," Brad said in a statement. "That means they have to choose between living in a house that’s too small or moving away. That’s where we come in."

The pilot of Stay of Sell debuted back in July, and HGTV decided to pick up the series for this fall's lineup of shows.

"We give people an option—build onto your current house or find another home nearby to make amazing," Heather added.

"If you’re not living in the house of your dreams, it might just be around the corner."

In addition to the show, the couple own Fox Homes, a realty company and construction firm, and are raising two young sons.

Brad and Heather Fox will host a viewing party at Royal Founder for their new show:
