Nominate Your Remodeled Home For A Tour In City Of St. Louis Park

Have you remodeled your home, a kitchen or bath, top floor or basement using a home improvement contractor or other professional? Did you get tips from touring other people’s homes, or wish you had? Consider paying it forward by opening your home for the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour, April 30 and May 1.

For more than 30 years the Minneapolis & Saint Paul Home Tour has reflected the diversity of living styles and populations in the core cities. This year, under stewardship of the National Association of Remodeling Industry of Minnesota (NARI of Minnesota), the tour is expanding to include first-ring suburbs, including St. Louis Park. With the expansion of this tour, the City of St. Louis Park will not host its own home tour in 2022.

Nominations from both homeowners and builders are welcome and are due by Jan. 17. Remodels involving any aspect of the home or accessory dwelling units are welcome to apply. Homeowners or builders who wish to participate on the tour can contact Margo Ashmore at 612.867.4874 or msphometour@narimn.org.
